Travis Eric · AI consultant & builder

An AI consultant who builds.

I'm Travis. I build custom software and AI tools. Bring an idea, a question, or a project that’s stuck. We’ll work out what’s possible together.

Fort Collins, Colorado · Working with founders, owners, and teams.

Hear something I built

Meet Riley.
Then call her.

She's the AI receptionist on my consulting line. Ask a question, interrupt her, or go off script. Hear how she handles a real conversation.

01 / Direction

Start with a decision.

What are we trying to make possible? I turn that into a clear brief, with a way to tell whether the result works.

Behind the work

One person.
A different way to build.

I coordinate AI agents to research, write code, and check each other's work. Shared documents keep the context together. I decide what to build, inspect the result, and keep improving the system.

The projects are the output. Learning how to build this way is the work behind them.

How I work

First I look.
Then we decide.

Bring an idea you want to explore, something that takes too much work, or an AI project that has stalled. We'll work out what would help—and whether I'm the right person to build it.

  1. Make sense of itTalk through the idea, look at what you already have, and find a useful place to start.
  2. Build something realA working prototype, a custom tool, or a connection between your systems. We agree the scope before the work starts.
  3. Make it yoursTest it together, explain the decisions, and help you or your team use what we built.

Why I do this

Built so a person can be home by dinner.

I learned to code in March 2024 at the kitchen table, with three kids homeschooling next to me. AI changed what I could build. The point was always what that made room for: time with the people I love.

Who I am

No code in 2024. Live systems by 2026.

I'm Travis. I learned by building things I needed, taking them apart, and trying again. That became software, companies, and a way of working I now share with other people. You can explore the projects, read my methods, or work with me directly.

I live in Fort Collins, Colorado, and I work on site when the work needs it.

Take the method with you

Better context.
Better judgment.

The Brain gives AI the facts. The Heart helps it remember what matters to a person. These are the instructions I use—and you can put them to work yourself.

What happens next

Start with a call.

An idea, a question, a project you can't get unstuck. Bring it. We'll spend thirty minutes figuring out what's possible and whether it makes sense to work together.
